He was predeceased by: his parents, Cosimo Zaffino and Addolorata Zaffino; and his brothers, Giuseppe and Raffaele. He is survived by: his wife Maria Valente (Valente); his children, Dolores (Ray), Cosimo (Donna) and Antonio; his grandchildren, Dylan, Hope and Abby; his siblings, Nazzareno (Nicolina), Maria, Assunta, Franca and Carmela; and his caregiver Farrah of Joe's Hospice. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
