Canon Paul Carr Obituary

The memory of Canon Paul Carr (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Windsor, Ontario, who passed away on November 30, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Canon may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Canon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, Andrew (Lynnea) and John; his grandchildren, Avryen, Kyza and Emma; and his brother-in-law Bill Hockin (Isabelle).

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (808 Ridgeway St E, Thunder Bay, ON P7E5H5). A reception will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Parkinson's Foundation of Canada or Parish of West Thunder Bay.
