He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Galvin and Lois Galvin. He is survived by: his daughter Keely Bellin; his close friend Lee Bellin; and his siblings, Janine Johnston (Peter), Nancy Oracz (John) and Pat Galvin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
