She is survived by: her daughter Joylene; her grandparents, Lucy Adams, Billy Thompson, Maggie and Henry Jeremiah; her siblings, Aaron Adams, Lavena Kenequanash (Darnell), Cody Kenequanash, Liam Kenequanash, Brianna Jeremiah and CJ Wapenisk; and her aunts and uncles, Linda Chapman (Angus), Naomi Kanate (Colin), David Jeremiah, Ronald Jeremiah, Dwayne Jeremiah, Julie Kenequanash, Floyd Kenequanash (Connie), Jennifer Kenequanash (Brad), Candice Wesley (Chad) and Rachel Kanakakeesic. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins.
A wake was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Everest of Thunder Bay - Westfort Chapel (420 Gore St W, Thunder Bay, ON P7E6J2). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Weagamow Lake Evangelical Fellowship Church (30 Band Office Road, WEAGAMOW LAKE, ON P0V2V0).
