He is survived by: his father Cory Michael Fortier; his aunts and uncles, Michelle, Rob, Laura and Brad; his daughters, Rylee Audrey (Emma Jolee) and Emma; his mother Lori; his brother Trevor; his sister-in-law Breanna; his sister Taylor; his brother-in-law Mathew (Jameson); his grandparents, Ron Fortier and Lois York; and his cousins, Debbie Krasnichuk, Joe Cordeiro, Brittany, Dan, Brandon, Victoria, Madison, Kate, Cheryl York and Brad Pirie.
