He was predeceased by: his brother Malcolm; and his godson Lee. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda (Will), Jennifer and Melissa; his grandchildren, Daniel, Lexi, Avery and Anthony; the mother of his children Barb; his parents, Monya and Brian; and his siblings, Kim, Jacqueline, Sandra, James (Kara), Edward (Laura) and Chris (Terry).
