He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie and Peter; his siblings, Peter, Susan and MaryAnne; his parents-in-law, Bunny and Maxine; his uncle Fred Wirta; and his aunt Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Laura (Damon) and DJ (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Calvin and Avery; his wife Cheryl; his stepdaughter Jessica (Jay); his sister Dee (Calvin); his aunt Sandra; his brothers-in-law, Brian and John (Cindy); and his pets, Nina and Squishy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Harbourview Funeral Centre (499 Cumberland St N, Thunder Bay, ON P7A4R9). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
