He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lambert; his children, Kristen Crouse (Guido Kang), David (Julie) and Sue (Darren Scotinski); his grandchildren, Sara Crouse (Eric Rogers), Kyla Crouse, Lawson Crouse (Claire), Kenzie Hoffman and Nicholas Hoffman; his great grandchild Isabel Crouse; and his brother Richard.
