She was predeceased by: her father Denis Verne; and her sister Judy Agnolin (Roger). She is survived by: her children, Sheldon Verne, Thomas and Justin Dawson; her mother Helene Verne; her sister Lynn Gosselin (Stéphane Parent); her nieces, Tiffany Smeltzer (Brian) and Jessica Lemieux (Matthew); her nephew Chance Gosselin (Ellie Lewis); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily, Owen Smeltzer, Ellie and Alex Lemieux.
