He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perry and Eveline Perry. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kaszor; his daughters, Deanna Hoffman (Ed) and Joanna Sullivan (Kevin Koehler); his grandchildren, Evelynn, Walt Hoffman, Katie and Devon Sullivan; and his siblings-in-law, Freda Brown and Alan Harper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
