She is survived by: her husband Norman Charles Talbot; her siblings, Steve Tuttle (Dyan) and Cathy Stevens (Bob Marek); her nephew Mike Stevens (Maxine); her great-nieces, Hailey, Elycea and Cleo; her great-nephew Maverick; and her close friends, Marg, Dan Angus and Hilary of Toronto. She is also survived by one son; two stepsons; three daughters-in-law; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Noreen's memory.
