He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Neill and Annie Neill; his wife Kathleen Cunningham (Kitty); his sister Maureen; his brother-in-law Ken Sim; his brother Tommy; his sister-in-law June Neill; his parents-in-law, Robert and Phyllis Cunningham; and his brothers-in-law, David Dufault and Frank Cupello.

He is survived by: his children, Jane Greshuk (Jim) and Robert (Jennifer); his close friend Patricia Halvorson; his daughter Kathy Neill (Jay Etheridge); his grandchildren, Sharon, Diane Haveman (Jesse), Neil (Breanna Bresolin), Ashley and Connor Neill; his stepgrandchildren, Michael (Stevie) and Cameron Mcinnis (Melissa); his siblings-in-law, Margaret Cupello, Barbara Dufault and Leonard Cunningham (Jane Anne); and also Dax. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
