He was predeceased by: his sisters-in-law, Audrey Langen and Helen Clair; his cousin Victoria; his parents, Bruno Langen and Ellie Langen; his in-laws, Yrjo and Ellen Korpiaho; his siblings, Elis Langen and Marjetta Ostrom; and also Elsie Langen.

He is survived by: his wife Eila; his children, Kenneth (Donna), Gary (Julie), Leonard (Jane), Linda (Bill), Danny (Kelly) and Marlene (Steve); his grandchildren, Michael, Jason, Kaylee, Chelsea, Devin, Tommy, Katherine, Victoria, Justin, Jesse, Tessa and Alesha; and his extended family Aila Humby.
