We bid farewell to Elaine Marie Zazula of Thunder Bay, Ontario, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 4, 2025 at the age of 80. Elaine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the sacred silence of farewell, Elaine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Mazur and Olga Mazur; her former husband George Zazula; and her siblings, Joe Mazur (Ivy), Elsie Agnew (Ken), Eleanor Guse (Bob), Marie Labate and Thompson (Donald).
She is survived by: her son James Zazula (Lisa); and her sister Ollie Macchi (Dante). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westfort Chapel (420 Gore St W, Thunder Bay, ON P7E6J2).
