She is survived by: her friend Laura; her husband Alfred; her children, Karen, Rob, James, Alan, Susan (Don) and Debbie (Blair); her grandchildren, Michael, Adam, Jesse, Brent, Cody and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Riley, Ethan and Zoey; and her family Laura.
Later in life when health issues limited travel, she joined the knitting club at Chartwell where countless hats were donated to charity.
