He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Menifee and Patricia Menifee. He is survived by: his siblings, Cam, Marshall, Dean and Curtis; his nieces and nephews, Dayna, Danny and Glenn (Creeanna); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Caila, Josiah and Fallon; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra and Rita.
