It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Ulmer (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Ashton Siddall; and his siblings, William and Anne. He is survived by: his husband Elroy; his daughter Linda Sidall (Lawrence); his granddaughter Risa; his son Larry; and his sister Rose Everall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
