He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano Mollame and Concetta Lepore; his brother Luigino Mollame (Veneranda); his in-laws, Battista and Rosina Filice; his brothers-in-law, Rosario Filice, Guido Lepore, Giuseppe Arella and Gino Perri; and his nephews, Vince Rizzo and David Filice.

He is survived by: his wife Erminia; his daughter Concetta Ianni (Giuseppe); his grandsons, John (Silvana), Frank (Danis) and Michael (Maria); his great grandchildren, Cristian, Joseph, Lucas, Isabella, Anthony, Eliana and Noah; his sisters, Rosaria Filice of Thunder Bay and Esterina Mollame; and his siblings-in-law, Maria Arella, Matilda Perri, Guerino Filice (Raffaela) and Antonio Filice (Lina). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
