He was predeceased by: his parents, Loretta Faye and Jack. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Jessica (John) and Jacqueline; and his brothers, Jerry (Sherry), Roy (Cindy) and Mark. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
