Gareth Duguid Obituary
We announce the death of Gareth Duguid (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on June 19, 2026, at the age of 69. Gareth will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Duguid and Eileen Duguid; and his aunts and uncles, Myrtle, Jim, Murray and Grace.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason (Jenn) and Ahron (Callie); his sister Charlene (Blair Greaves); his nieces, Keira (Stefan Shindle) and Michelle Greaves; his great-nephew William Timms (Tinika); his great-niece Alexa Timms; his nephew BJ Greaves (Theresa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey, Kaitlyn, Alli, Hunter and Cooper; his uncle John Duguid; and his aunt Charlotte MacKay. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to organizations that were close to Gary's heart: Thunderbird Wildlife Rescue or The Shelter House – Street Outreach Services (SOS) program.
