He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Harshey; his children, William Bachmaier and Elizabeth Matson; and his children-in-law, Willy Skinn and Connie McBride.
He is survived by: his close friend Jeanie Savitsky; his children, Linda Bachmaier, Heidi Skinn, John Bachmaier and Angie Lau (Joe); his son-in-law Melvin Matson; and his sister Heidi Donabedian. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and even some great-great-grandchildren.
