She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Kozak and Sophia Kozak; her stepfather Bill Kutzak; her siblings, Paul (Charlene), Sam, Mary Hendricks (John), Anne Pelletier (Bob), Katherine Cerven (Tony) and Rose Ranta (Hank); and her brother-in-law Ted Herman.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Kozak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
