She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Sheppard and Dolores Sheppard; her husband Larry Kelley; and her brothers, Kenneth Sheppard, Allen Sheppard and Jim Sheppard.
She is survived by: her son Kindell Scott Kelley; her sister Jackye LaFrance; and her grandsons, Aaron Kelley, Michael Dear and Joey Dear. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
