In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Hannah had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Hannah may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She is survived by: her significant other Jordan Owca; her parents, Peter Deley and Lisa Johnson Deley; her siblings, Ben Deley and Michelle Tallon Deley; her grandmother Irene Daggett; her aunt Cindy Wright; and her caregivers, Toronto, Hannah and Jordan. She is also survived by her devoted families, countless aunts, uncles and cousins.
