Jacques Alexandre Menard Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Jacques Alexandre Menard (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born July 18th, 1946 in Kapuskasing, Ontario, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 77. Jacques had a nickname "Jack of all trades" because he was very handy. He specialized in carpentry but also worked as a mecanic, plumber and truck driver, along with a few other trades. Jacques was blessed with a daughter Ann and a son André. He met the love of his life, Roberta in 2009 and gained two step-sons Rob and Wade. Jacques and Roberta were inseparable until her passing in 2019. Jacques will be lovingly remembered by daughter Ann (Pierre), step-sons Rob (Laurie) and Wade (Gianna). Grandchildren, Annie, Daniel and Riley and great grandchildren Ariane and McKenzie. Jacques was predeceased by his wife Roberta (2019) and his son André (1990). The family is at peace knowing he is now reunited for eternity with Roberta and his son André. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 18th 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Current River Community Centre. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Tuesday December 19th at 1pm.
