He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank Cava, Jose Dacosta and Maria Dacosta. He is survived by: his parents, John Dacosta (Vikki) and Kathleen Cava; his sister Franki Dacosta; his son Jaxton; his cousins, Jamie, Chantel (Lucas), Dante, Celyne (Zach), Miguel (Laura) and Karadyn (Marshal); his aunts and uncles, Maria (Todd), Louis, Shelley, Fernando, Carlos (Kathy) and Joe (Tammy); his grandmother Valerie; and his friends, Jesse Korkola, Sebastien Rouleau, Nic Valente, Jordan Perron, Mitchell Bonell, Justin Stovel, Spencer O'Quinn and Phil Fournier.
