He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Peter Bolt and Elizabeth Gillian Bolt; his daughters, Amanda, Jennifer (Levitt) and Sharlene (James); and his sisters, Sarah (Mark), Helen (Marc) and Katie.
