John Burns Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Burns (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Frontier, Saskatchewan, who passed away on April 3, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his sister Gavina; his brother-in-law Brent Peterson; and his parents, John Burns and Violet Burns.

He is survived by: his children, Larry (Bev) and Susan (Michael); his grandchildren, Stephan (Candace) and Elise; his great grandchildren, Teagan, Greyson and Archer; and his nieces, Janice Steele and Roma Kopechanski (Ken).

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service was held on Friday April 9, 2021.
