He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Fullerton and Gerald Fullerton. He is survived by: his sons, Ian Fullerton, Jack Fullerton, Sandra and Susan; his siblings, Lisa, Marni, Donald, Mary-Liz and Nancy; and his nieces and nephews, David, Aleana, Ceira, Brodie, Beck, Scotia, Andrew, Brandon, Scott Desmoulin, Jessica Desmoulin, Cassandra Desmoulin, Michael Lewis and Matthew Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the or the Northern Cancer Fund in memory of John and his mother Mary.
