He was predeceased by: his father Ferruccio Michieli; his grandparents, Maria, Giovanni Michieli, Antonio and Adelaide Danelon; his brother-in-law Steven Trakalo; and his parents-in-law, Elmer Trakalo and Gemma Trakalo.

He is survived by: his mother Lina (Julie); his children, Maximilian and Molly; his brother Mario (Lorraine); his niece Gabriella; his nephew Nicholas; his sister Marisa Kubinec (Mike); his nephew Ethan; his niece Kayla; his brother-in-law Danny Trakalo (Tina Travolo); his nephew Steven; his sister-in-law Michelle Perzan (Aaron); and his nephews, Daniel, David and Dylan. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
