He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William "Bill" Hay, Ruth Topp, Dacre Topp, Ervin and Ellen L'Esperance; his uncles, Don Hay and Rick L'Esperance; and his aunt Judy Stewart (Ray).
He is survived by: his parents, Roy L'Esperance and Barbara Hay; his wife Rebecca MacMullen; his children, Teagan, Rylee, Drew and Rusty; his sisters, Danielle (Brent) and Jennifer; and his parents-in-law, Mike, Carey MacMullen, Trish (Johnny) and Sara (Bret). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
