It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jouko Antero Korhonen (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Viljo Irene and Ebba Irene. He is survived by: his wife Marketta; his children, Pia, Gary and Mark (Nancy); and his sister Pirkko.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hilldale Lutheran Church (321 Hilldale Rd, Thunder Bay, ON P7G1Y7).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jouko's memory to Hilldale Lutheran Church or the charity of your own choice.
