He was predeceased by: his father John Patrick O'Neill; and his brother Terry O'Neill. He is survived by: his children, Kayla (Mitch) and Jarred (Heather); his grandchildren, Avelyn and Hudson; his mother Patricia O'Neill; his brothers, Michael (Susanne), Tom (Rita) and Randy (Sharon); his sister-in-law Jeanette; and his nephews, Sean (Katie), Shea (Christina) and Jake (Victoria).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald Mcdonald House foundation in Kelly's memory.
