She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Laprade and Thomas Laprade; her parents-in-law, Steffen and Adriana Posthumus; and her son Matthew Posthumus.

She is survived by: her husband Stephan Posthumus; her children, Steven Posthumus (Revelyn), Adam Posthumus (Tina) and Ryan Posthumus (Alyssa); her grandchildren, Hunter, Audrey and Arlo Posthumus; and her siblings, Cory and Lana Laprade. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.
