He is survived by: his wife Angeline "Angie" Tougas; his stepsons, Renald Tougas and Denis Tougas; his daughters, Aline Presenger (David) and Pauline Kuper (Tim Speak); his sister Lillian Roberge; his grandchildren, Adam Presenger, Amanda Gore, Leanne Presenger, Evan Kuper, Daniel Kuper, Nicholas Kuper, Brandon Tougas and Keelyn Tougas; and his great grandchildren, Charlie Presenger, Makayla Gore, Eli Presenger, Kendall Gore, Bentley Kuper, Paxton Kuper, Maxim Gundrum and Maddex Kuper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
