It is with sadness that the passing of Margie Hansen (Thunder Bay, Ontario) is shared. Margie, born on July 7, 1940, passed away on September 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie; her daughter Vicki Anna (Angela); her parents, Lila Dahlhead and Joseph Dahlhead; her brothers, Robert, Joe, Arnold, Johnny and Darryl; her parents-in-law, Tellef and Irja Hansen; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Hansen, Gilbert Hansen, Ilmar Oksanen, Bill Ostrom, Anna Oksanen and Helen Hansen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Hansen (Dan), Lori Hansen (Daniel) and Angela Rudnicki (Michael); her grandchildren, Deanna Cooke, Brydon Bellefeuille (Ally), Anna Rudnicki, Chanel Bellefeuille (Derek) and Christopher Rudnicki (Megan); her great grandchildren, Mileah, Janelle and Alexei; her siblings, Mary Blakely and Karl Harju (Aileen); her sisters-in-law, Eileen, Nancy and June; and her close friend Fran.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sargent and Son Funeral Chapel (21 Court St N, Thunder Bay, ON P7A4T4).
