Maria Caputo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Caputo (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Berardi and Concetta Berardi; her siblings, Carmela Cupello (Francesco), Esterina Repole (Antonio), Giuseppe Berardi (Maria) and Giovanni Berardi; her brother-in-law Angelo Miceli; and her parents-in-law, Annunziato, Giuseppina Caputo, Frederico Caputo (Gilda), Maria Russo (Francesco), Ermelinda Vecchio (Francesco), Geniale Caputo, Emilio Cuglietta and Settimio Cuglietta.
She is survived by: her husband Emilio Caputo; her children, Annunziato Caputo (Lucia), Anthony Caputo (Dinah) and Sylvana Lemieux (Micheal); her grandchildren, Michael Caputo (Francesca), John-Paul Caputo (Michele), Joseph Caputo (Taylor), Georgette Lemieux and Maria Lemieux; her siblings, Lina Repole (Amerino) of Italy, Rosetta Miceli and Michele Berardi (Antonia); her parents-in-law, Concetta Cuglietta, Lina Cuglietta, Settimio Caputo (Lilianna) and Eugenio Caputo (Antonietta); and her caregivers, Aparna Nagar, Klaudia S., Georgette S. and Monica. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Thunder Bay or to Grace Place.
