With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mario Costanzo (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on December 16, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mario Costanzo to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fiore and Marietta (Perri); and his siblings, Pietro, Emilio, Petronilla and Luigi.
He is survived by: his children, Tonina, Lorella and Corrado; his daughter-in-law Shelley; and his grandchildren, Elio, Tommaso and Sophia. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In Mario's memory, in lieu of flowers and other expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to TBRHSF Cardiovascular Surgery Fund.
