He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Chambers of Lake City; his stepchildren, Joshua and Jessica Lee; his grandson Calvin Rhode; his siblings, Craig Chambers (Sharon) of Rochester, Kristi Mettler (Bill) of Spring Valley, Mary Seim (Duane) of Rochester and Sara Miller (Jeremy "J. J.") of Rochester; his uncle Helmer Homme (Verlys) of Winger, MN; and his nephew Mark.
