She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kyryluk and Nellie Kyryluk; her husband Mike Derkatch; her son Brian Derkatch; her son-in-law Richard Fuchek; her sister Anne Bachinski; her brother-in-law Samuel Bachinski; her great-niece Susan Drindak; and her in-laws, Thomas and Josephine Derkatch.

She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Fuchek and Debbie White (Doug); her grandchildren, Tanya Carson (Shane), Ryan White (Michelle), Tammy Taylor (Ryan) and Tara Van Dyk (Jeff); her daughter-in-law Jan Derkatch; her niece Marian Boxer; her goddaughter Linda Drindak (Paul); her nephew Sam Bachinski (Margot Freitag); her great-nephew Mitchell; her great-niece Claudia; and her sisters-in-law, Violet Johnston and Mary Derkatch. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
