We bid farewell to Mayadele Dorothy Wilmot of Thunder Bay, Ontario, born in Parry Sound, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 11, 2025 at the age of 80. Mayadele touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Christy Cooke; and her parents, Marg West and Norm West. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Wilmot, Gini Irwin (Jay), Judy Gowanlock (Daryn) and Shelley Cooke (Paul); her grandchildren, Kipp, Kasey Peck (Steve), Katelyne Gowanlock (Mikko) and Codi Gowanlock; her great grandchildren, Ella, Ava, Carter, Quinn, Jukka and Lilja; and her siblings, Judy Toto, Marcia Braun, Bill West, Harry West, Bud, Buzz, Jan and Barb. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph's Hospital.
