Michael Ernest Gerow Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Michael Ernest Gerow in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Michael, born on October 29, 1955 in Geraldton, Ontario, passed away on September 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruthe Gerow and Ernie Gerow; his in-laws, Mary and Alex Borysiewicz; and his brother-in-law Stan Borysiewicz.

He is survived by: his wife Alice; his sons, Chris (Crystal) and Jamie; his grandchildren, Peytin, Addisyn, Jack and Bray; and his siblings, Patti Stevenson (Ian), Dan Gerow (Lynda) and Lori Kapush (Kerry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St Margaret's Church (88 Clayte St, Thunder Bay, ON P7A6S5).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Margaret's Church, Paws for Love and the Thunder Bay District Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
