He was predeceased by: his wife Nicky; his daughter Alfie; his parents, Santo and Erfida; his siblings, Tony, Paul, Stella Gualtieri, Pierina Garofalo and Mary Frasca; his siblings-in-law, Domenica Bava, Rita Garofalo, Rosina Bava, Carmen Garofalo, Raffaele Bava and Perry Frasca; and his nephew Bruno Nardi.
He is survived by: his daughters, RoseMarie Mancusa (Gino) and Bianca Barten (Britten); and his grandchildren, Sierra, Luke, Jack and Charlie. He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren and all his many nieces & nephews.
