We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2019, Niels Johansen (Thunder Bay, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Bunny and Moofuo; his daughters, Pat Ferris (John), Gail Kane (Fred) and Jackie Pedersen (Ed); his grandchildren, Shanon, JohnTodd (Vanessa), Ryan Ferris (Sandy), Jennifer, Niel Kane, Jasen (Laura) and Amanda Pedersen; his great grandchildren, Braiden Ray, Gwendyln Gerardo, Mya, OliverTodd, Evangeline Ferris, Liam, Reece, Quinn and Pierce Pedersen; and his siblings, Paul, Fritz and Johanna. He was also cherished by (Great Grandpa) spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northern Heart or the TBRHSC-Northern Cancer Fund.
