Nils touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Toset and Kathleen Toset; his brothers, Duncan and Harry; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Frances Brisard; and his siblings-in-law, Louise, Patricia, Theresa, Annette, Charlotte, Irene, Dollard, Gaetan, Andy and Victor.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Heather, Delena (Chum) and Craig (Alanna); his grandchildren, Micheal (Christine), Kathleen (Matthew), Kyle (Erica), Craig Jr. and Mariah (Joshua); his great grandchildren, Nolan, Charlotte and Jade; and his brothers-in-law, Arti and Oswald.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westfort Chapel (420 Gore St W, Thunder Bay, ON P7E6J2). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at the St. Andrew's Catholic Cemetery (690 Oliver Rd, Thunder Bay, ON P7B6S6).
