Olavi Rinne Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olavi Rinne (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on September 25, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Olavi Rinne to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Kay; his parents, Tyynne Kajorinne and Martti Kajorinne; and his parents-in-law, Viljo and Femmi Kangas.

He is survived by: his children, Heli Doggett (Robert) and John; his grandchildren, Shayleen Doggett (Keven Palmer), Shane Rinne, Robbie Doggett, Brett Rinne and Chase Rinne; his great grandchild Madison Ann Doggett-Palmer; and his siblings, Onni Kajorinne (Seija), Veijo Kajorinne, Heli Emack and Martti Kajorinne (Carol). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

For a more lasting legacy, should friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations made to St. Joseph's Hospital or The Alzheimer Society.
