She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Rose and Alfred Rose; and her siblings, Berkley (Wilma), Warren, Daphne (Ed Crummey), Hilda (Sandy Clarke) and Berniece Poffley.

She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Ivany; her son Peter (Susan Ivany); her grandsons, Derek (Michèle Gervais) and David (Paul Grandy); her sister Marie Thomas; her siblings-in-law, Richard Poffley and Isabel Rose; her sister Ivy; and her brother-in-law Hanuel Ivany. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
