Raffaela Longo Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raffaela Longo (Thunder Bay, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 2, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Riccardo; her parents, Salvatore Valente and Maria Bava; her brother Domiano; her sister-in-law Teresa Valente; her sister Maria; and her brother-in-law Angelo Nardi.
She is survived by: her children, Mario (Donna), Rosemary (Vince) and Sonia (Rob); her brother Cosmo (Rosa); and her grandchildren, Talia, Siena, Teo, Alyssa, Emily, Lucas and Matthew. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's R. C. Church (123 Hilldale Rd, Thunder Bay, ON P7G1H6). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Andrew's Dew Drop Inn or the Hospice and Palliative Care Unit (4 North) at St. Joseph's Hospital.
