Raili Toivainen Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on July 19, 2022, at the age of 89, Raili Toivainen (Thunder Bay, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Reijo Karhunen; her brothers, Raimo and Matti Laitinen; and her son-in-law Dave. She is survived by: her children, Kari, Anne and Asko (Jackie); her grandchildren, Crystal, Katelin, Robert, Kaarina, William, Jordan, Nikolai, Sarah, Emma and Raili; her great grandchildren, Anastasia, Gabe, Delilah, Eevie and Ambrose; and her brother Lauri Sadko. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Raili's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Thunder Bay.
