He was predeceased by: his father George Adamko. He is survived by: his significant other Diane Younger; his children, Caylyn Adamko and Evan Adamko; his stepchildren, Thomas Probizanski (Crystal), Bradley Probizanski (Shawna) and Alexandra Probizanski; his mother Marta Adamko; his siblings, Stephen Adamko and Katherine Adamko (Rayf); and his caregiver Neuro.
